The Little Mermaid
Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid is by far one of my favorite tales ever, which is why it was a great honor to me doing this illustration, originally commissioned by the Trading Card Game "Myths and Legends".
My love for classic tales is added here to my admiration for the great illustrators from the Golden Age, such as Franklin Booth and Arthur Rackham. For that reason this is one of my favorite pieces from 2020 and I hope you also like it.
